SHORT DESCRIPTION

Situated in a beautiful location of the island, Vourni residences offer a unique combination of private luxury, functionality and aesthetics, in a short distance from Tinos town.
With stunning views to the Aegean Sea, the two residences are designed by GVIDALIS DESIGN & CONSTRUCTION to coexist in harmony with their natural surroundings, while providing sophisticated living spaces to satisfy the most demanding contemporary needs. Both buildings feature underground spaces with roofs that follow the natural slope and a creative use of local materials, which allow them to fully integrate into the landscape. Their “L” shape configuration creates wind-protected front terraces, as well as a feeling of privacy in their infinity pool settings.
Two sandy beaches are located within just a few minutes’ walk from the residences, through a scenic route that follows the old footpaths of the famous “handmade” landscape of Tinos.

RESIDENCE 1
Residence 1 constitutes a 250sqm property, set on a private plot of land, with all living spaces and bedrooms on the ground level. Simple shapes and clean-cut lines, in combination with big windows and breath-taking views to the sea, turn this house into a rewarding treat for your senses.
The main entrance area could be described as the “core” space of the building, on the sides of which the two wings of the residence are situated. This core space of the house features folding glazed doors which allow the integration of the exterior and interior space of the building into one continuous space, when the doors are open.
In the eastern wing of the building, there are two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, separated by a patio overlooking the views to the East. The main living and dining room of the house is situated in the western part of the building, while the kitchen is in the back of the same room. These spaces are complemented by outdoor dining and lounge areas in the front terrace of the house, on the side of an 11m long infinity pool.
The third bedroom of the house, featuring a separate entrance, a private bathroom as well as a small kitchenette, is designed to allow the opportunity to be used as an independent guestroom.
